At Under The Paper Lantern, we organised things so that your order is always carefully prepared as quickly as possible, whenever you place it on our website (working days - excluding French bank holidays)
Your order is always processed and shipped from our warehouse located in France within 24h working hours after you placed it on our website, from Monday to Friday, excluding French bank holidays.
When we ship your order, we send you an email including a tracking number so that you know where your parcel is at any time.
Then your order may take anywhere from 2-14 business days to arrive, depending on your shipping selection.

We deliver worldwide using French Postal Services (La Poste Colissimo). Shipping time ranges from 4 to 14 business days. Shipping price will be worked out according to the size of your order and will be displayed on screen before payment.

RETURNS
We try our best to satisfy our clients, but you have the right to change your mind. You can return one or more products, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost, back to us within 7 working days from the moment you received your parcel.
First and foremost you need to get in touch with our consumer relations by email contact@sous-le-lampion.com. if a returned product is damaged or its packaging is missing/damaged, it won't be reimbursed nore exchanged. The returned products will have to be sent back to us with the delivery slip sent with the original parcel to the address that will be given to you by our consumer relations team. We won't accept any products whose return had not been informed to us before.
