2.1 - Ownership

The whole of the Site together with the elements of which it is formed (in particular, texts, tree structure, software, animations, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, graphical representations, logos, etc.) constitute intellectual works protected by articles L.111-1 et seq of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The Site together with the elements of which it is formed are the exclusive property of ELEBADECOR, alone authorised to use the intellectual property and personal rights pertaining thereto, in particular marks, models, author’s rights and right of personal portrayal, as original rights-holder or by effect of a licence or express authorisation.
2.2 - Sanctions
The use of all or part of the Site, especially by downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or broadcast for purposes other than the Internet-user’s personal private use for non-commercial purposes, is strictly forbidden. The breach of these provisions renders the perpetrator liable to the punishments provided both by the French Intellectual Property Code in regard particularly to infringement of copyright (article L.335-3), trademark law (article L.716-9) and by the French Civil Code in terms of third party liability (article 9, article 1382 et seq).
