ELEBADECOR is committed to protecting the personal information provided by Customers ("Personal Information").
In this context, ELEBADECOR undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the transmitted Personal Information.
This privacy policy informs (i) how ELEBADECOR collects, uses and protects the Personal Information transmitted by Customers when using the website www.under-the-paper-lantern.com ("website"), in particular when creating a Customer profile, subscribing to the newsletter or ordering a product online, (ii) how each Customer may correct, modify or delete the Personal Information that ELEBADECOR holds about them; (iii) the recipients to whom ELEBADECOR may disclose it; and (iv) the security measures put in place by ELEBADECOR to protect the confidentiality of Personal Information.
ELEBADECOR reserves the right to modify and update this policy at any time, in particular in order to comply with any legislative, regulatory or technological changes. Any use of the website after the date of update of this policy will constitute acceptance of the changes.

2. Purpose of the collection
Personal Information is processed by ELEBADECOR for the purposes of customer profile management, marketing and statistical studies, product quality monitoring, customer relationship management and sales prospecting, in order to provide Customers with the most suitable Products.
3. Access to Personal Information
Personal Information is accessible at any time in the "My Account" section thanks to the Customer's e-mail address, login and password.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulations of 27 April 2016 and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, amended by Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, the Client has at any time the right to access, rectify and/or delete personal data concerning him, a right to limit the processing of his data as well as a right to oppose their processing and the right to obtain data portability. 4. Recipients
ELEBADECOR may disclose Customers' Personal Information to legally authorized bodies and authorities, to the extent that disclosure is required or authorized by law, or when ELEBADECOR deems it necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws and other texts, or to protect or defend its rights or those of its employees, customers or any other person. ELEBADECOR may transfer Customers' Personal Information to third parties in the event of a transfer, transfer of assets, reorganisation or liquidation. ELEBADECOR will then notify Customers if its Personal Information will be subject to a different privacy policy. The Personal Information collected may be communicated to third parties linked to ELEBADECOR by contract for the performance of subcontracted tasks necessary to manage your profile or provide the Products. Unless the Client objects to the collection of his Personal Information, ELEBADECOR may transmit the Personal Information of the Clients to its partners for the purpose of prospecting, in particular by electronic, postal or telephone means. ELEBADECOR undertakes that personal data concerning the Client will not be transmitted outside the European Union.
5. Retention period
Personal Information will only be retained for as long as is strictly necessary for the management of customer and prospect relations and no longer than the period during which the Customer's account will be active.
6. Safety and security
ELEBADECOR has taken appropriate precautions to ensure the security of its files and the protection of its computer system, and in particular to prevent Personal Information from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
7. Complaint to the supervisory authority
The Customer may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Member State in which he is habitually resident, his place of work or the place where the breach was allegedly committed, if he considers that the processing of personal data concerning him constitutes a breach of the applicable regulations. 8. Confidentiality
When creating an account, the Customer chooses an e-mail address and a password that will be requested each time he/she wishes to access it. Personal Information is thus protected by a password so that the Customer, and only the Customer, can have access to it. ELEBADECOR recommends that users do not disclose them to anyone. The Client must also remember to log out of his profile and close his browser window at the end of his session, especially if he uses a computer shared with others for Internet access. In this way, the Customer will prevent users from accessing his Personal Information. The Client is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password. He alone shall bear the consequences that could result from any use by third parties who may have become aware of it. In the event of forgetting his password, the Customer has a function on the Site allowing him to receive his password in his e-mail box. Similarly, in case of fear that a third party may have become aware of it, the Customer may request a new password by clicking on "Modify this information" in the "Personal Information" section of "My Account".
9. Minor
ELEBADECOR reminds that the collection of personal data relating to minors must be subject to parental consent.
Cookies
ELEBADECOR may place a "cookie" (alphanumeric identifier) on the hard disk of the Internet user's computer for the sole purpose of recognizing it during future visits to the Site. The retention period for the information relating to the Internet user's navigation provided by "cookie" on the Site will not exceed one year.
